Terms of Service

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use it in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services, or interfere with anyone else’s use of them.

Automated access (scraping, bulk requests) is rate limited. We may block traffic that abuses our systems.

• A quote request submitted through this site is an inquiry, not an order and not a binding price. A member of our team reviews it and follows up with real pricing.
• Quotes we do issue are estimates based on the information you gave us, and can change once we review artwork and confirm final specifications.
• An order is not placed until you receive written confirmation from us.
• Production time begins when artwork is approved and payment, or an agreed deposit, has been received.
• Quantities may vary slightly on large runs. Where that applies we will tell you before production starts.

Order history and invoices are available in your account. Signing in uses a one-time link sent to your email address, so there is no password to create or remember.

• Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you. Keep that inbox secure.
• Sign-in links expire, and are single use.
• Tell us right away if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

• You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logos, text, or other material you send us.
• You give us a limited license to reproduce your artwork for the purpose of producing your order.
• You agree to cover any claim that arises from material you provided infringing someone else’s intellectual property.
• We keep your artwork files on file so reorders do not require you to send them again. You can ask us to delete them at any time through our data request page.
• Everything on this website, including our logo, copy, images, and design, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• We may photograph finished work and show it as an example of what we do. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless we say otherwise.
• Pricing can change, but the price in effect when your order is confirmed is the price you pay.
• A deposit may be required before production starts on custom work.
• Balances left unpaid past their due date may pause production or hold pickup of finished goods.

You can pay an invoice online from your account. Card payments are processed by PAYARC, our payment processor.

• Card details are entered on PAYARC’s payment page and are never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation that a payment cleared, the amount, and the last four digits.
• Every payment is verified directly against PAYARC before we treat it as complete. A payment page that appears successful is not proof of payment until that check passes.
• Payments taken in person on our card terminal, and payments by check or cash, are recorded on your order by our staff.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method. See Returns and refunds.

Estimated production and shipping times are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, or anything else outside our control. If a deadline is critical, tell us before you order so we can confirm whether we can meet it.

Custom printed and decorated products are made to order and generally cannot be returned unless they are defective or were produced in error by us. If you think your order has a production defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery or pickup and we will make it right, by reprinting or refunding the affected items.

Small differences in color, size, placement, and material are normal in printing and decoration and are not defects. Colors on your screen will not match printed output exactly. If exact color matching matters, ask us about a press proof before the run.

Our site includes an AI chat assistant. It is there for general information and to help you get to the right person. It does not issue binding quotes, confirm order status, or speak for us, and anything it says is subject to confirmation by our team. Do not send sensitive information through it.

This site and our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where the law requires otherwise.

To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or to your use of our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the order the claim arises from.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boyd County, Kentucky.

We may update these Terms. The revised version is posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
