Most are printed on heavy scrim vinyl, hemmed around the edges and grommeted so they are ready to hang. For fence lines and exposed outdoor spots we will usually recommend mesh instead, which lets wind pass through rather than pulling against the ties.
What size banner do I need?
It depends on how far away people will read it from. A banner on a building read from across a parking lot needs much larger lettering than one behind a booth. Tell us where it is going and roughly how far back people will be standing, and we will size the banner and the text together.
How long will an outdoor banner last?
A properly hemmed and grommeted vinyl banner handles a season outdoors comfortably, and often much longer. What kills banners early is almost always how they are hung — too few tie points, or ties through the vinyl instead of the grommets.
Can you design the banner for me?
Yes. We can build one around your logo and message, work from a rough idea, or print artwork you already have. If you are supplying art, larger and higher resolution is better, since a banner enlarges every flaw in a small file.
